Even after expanding and relaxing the search criteria it still doesn’t show any new profiles and I am stuck only with couple of old profiles. This is my 10th attempt after deleting and creating a new profile because of this problem. I had contacted the customer support regarding this issue and instead of correcting it they are asking me to purchase the premium subscription. Why should I pay an absurd amount of subscription only to get couple of profiles.
